| All persons who appear in any visual depiction appearing or otherwise contained in the Metal Ink website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such. All photographers / models are required to submit to Metal Ink proper documents of the model, stating that the model’s age is over 18. Metal Ink hereby certifies that this website, and all pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media associated therewith, are exempt from both the recordkeeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, because the pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media do not consist of depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity. While Metal Ink is exempt from any obligation under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75, Metal Ink maintains records establishing that all models were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of any pictures, graphics, videos or other visual media on the Metal Ink website, which are kept by the Records Custodian of High-End Knitwear, Inc. dba Metal Ink (“Metal Ink”), 6720 Wilson Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90001.
