Winners receive up to $10,000 in prizes and residuals!
Simply submit your tattoo art by emailing us or using the "submit design". There you will find easy instructions to guide you through the submission. If your design is selected for printing, you will win:
- $700 in cash +$300 in credit
- Winner of the "Metal Ink Tattoo Tee of the Year" will get $3,000 in cash + $1,000 in credit
- Residual bonus as well! Payment will be issued every 6 months (beginning on the date of Design submission) per the following criteria:
$500 for 1,000 t-shirts sold
$1000 for 2,000 t-shirts sold
$1,500 for 3,000 t-shirts sold
$2,000 for 4,000 t-shirts sold
$2,500 for 5,000 t-shirts sold
$3,000 for 6,000 t-shirts sold
$3,500 for 7,000 t-shirts sold
$4,000 for 8,000 t-shirts sold
$5,000 for 10,000 t-shirts sold or more!
Annual Contest for Top Design
Metal Ink community will choose the best design of the year!
Metal Ink will host an annual contest, "Metal Ink Tattoo Tee of the Year," to judge the best overall design. Contest winners will receive $3,000 in cash and $1,000 in credit! The winners will also be awarded with an in-depth feature on the Metal Ink site as well as publicity in the graphic design, tattoo art and fashion industries. Judging will be based on the strength of the artist's creative vision as well as the Metal Ink community's voting and feedback.
Metal Ink's "Maiden-of-the-Month" Contest
Metal Ink will host a "Maiden of the Month" contest to determine who's the sexiest hottie on our site! To enter, just send us a few sexy photos of yourself wearing Metal Ink tees or underwear. All submissions undergo a screening by the Metal Ink team and only qualifying photos will be posted on our site. Accepted photos will be posted on our site at the beginning of the next month and remain on our site to be scored for a period of up to 30 days. Your photos will get rated by Metal Ink members, and the Maiden with the highest score will win $1,000! ($700 in cash and $300 in credit.) The Maiden of the Month will also do 2 photo shoots: a fashion shoot AND an artsy/sexy shoot with some nudity which will be displayed on our site. In addition, all Maidens will have the chance at further modeling opportunities for Metal Ink and Metal Ink's affiliated lines!
Select Maidens will also be given the opportunity to create a special line of tees using her signature tattoos. Maidens with their own unique line of Metal Ink tees will receive a royalty of $1 per sale.
