Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing of orders. Your order qualifies for free shipping with a subtotal of $70 or more (after discounts are applied). We offer the following options for shipping:

Shipments made outside of the US and Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items in your order, your shipping address and the shipping method chosen. To determine the cost of shipping before placing an order, you will need to follow 3 steps. (1) Add the items you wish to order to your cart. (2) Fill out your shipping address. (3) Choose your preferred shipping method.

The metalinkshop.com wishes to guarantee you are fully satisfied. For this reason, you have the right to withdraw from all domestic or international purchases made on the metalinkshop.com, within 30 days from the date on which the order was delivered to you. We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. If the item was purchased at a store, it must be returned to the store. The original shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
Domestic Orders
Prepaid return labels will be sent to you by email or by regular mail per return authorization request (US customers only).
We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us if the item you received is wrong or defective. Please send the item back with the original receipt using regular mail. Please know that we will not reimburse for express shipping and we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
If you are asking for an exchange, please send the item(s) back and we will send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will alert you and give you the option to receive a credit usable on metalinkshop.com instead. If you do not want a credit, please send us an email requesting a refund. Please know that we cannot refund the cost of sending the return item back.
For refunds, you will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. We do not refund the original cost of shipping. Please know that we will not reimburse the shipping charges associated with sending the return item(s) back.
International Orders
Our policies are the same for international exchanges & returns as for domestic. Please know that we do not include prepaid return labels or refund return shipping costs for international exchanges & returns.
Return / Exchange Time Frame
Upon receipt of your return, allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Clearance Items
All merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale. Only exchange or store credit is available for clearance sale items.
